Composting – The best compost for agriculture use is made using a thermophillic composting process, where the compost is naturally decomposed through an aerobic microbial process. The heat temperature needs to reach about 160° F and remain there for a two week time frame. This will destroy weed seeds and pathogenic organisms in the manures and organic materials being composted. BioFlora Compost is organically processed over a 90 to 120 thermophillic process. It is OMRI listed for certified organic growers as well as for horticulture nurseries, home gardeners and anyone desiring high quality compost.

Pelleting – BioFlora has a granular fertilizer pelleting mill where we produce our OMRI listed and organic based granular fertilizers. The products are made from many natural organic materials, which are combined with organic acids, seaweeds, fish meals, alfalfa meals and some composted animal manures. These products are then mixed and heat treated to temperatures of over 180° F, which destroys any pathogens that might be in the raw materials prior to pelletizing the materials into a pellet crumble.

Custom Blending – BioFlora has been producing organic and organic based formulas for over 35 years. We have the ability and capacity to blend many conventional fertilizers into organic products which we produce, making sustainable and/or organic based fertilizer products. BioFlora has a library of over 400 organic based formulas to meet any and all sustainable growers needs in the way of fertilization.

Private Labeling – Most of BioFlora’s agriculture fertilizer products are produced and marketed under their BioFlora trade name. BioFlora also has the capacity to produce organic agriculture products for other companies, under different trade names, under contract for large quantities.
