Global Organics' Humic Acid
(HUMEGA)

Global Organics humic acid facility is located on a one acre site at Green Acres Farm, Buckeye, Arizona. Five hundred thousand (500,000) gallons are manufactured and stored at this site at all times of the year.

Our humic substances, humic acid, fulvic acid, are recovered by a proprietary cold-process extraction of leonardite. The fresh-water leonardites (weathered coal) are mined from five different locations; better microbial diversity is realized.
The cold-process extraction is important in retaining microbial diversity and numbers and promoting structural integrity of compounds comprised of carbohydrates, amino acids, fatty acids and proteins that have been liberated from carboniferous plants and microbial tissues.

HUMEGA, our humic acid product, is completely liquid, with no settling out. It can be broadcast, sidedressed, put through sprinklers pivots or drip systems (micro jets/tape).
Bonus points received by using our humic acid:
  • Improved water-holding capacity of soil.
  • Breakup of clay/caliche soils.
  • Helps retain water-soluble inorganic fertilizers.
  • Increases aeration of soil.
  • Helps improve drainage.
  • May aid micronutrient uptake.
  • Promotes soil pathogen suppression.
  • Reduces other fertilizer requirements.
  • Cation exchange reactions are increased.
  • Buffers.
